Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years related experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.
• Food Handler’s Certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Associates on the floor.
• Ensure production lines meet KPIs for throughput and quality.
• Maintain GMPs, SOPs, QA/QC documentation.
• Communicate daily goals to the team and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor line readiness, sanitation, and proper labeling.
