Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years related production experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
• Valid Food Handler’s Certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Production team and communicate daily goals.
• Oversee production lines, QC/QA, and time tracking.
• Ensure GMP compliance and SOP adherence on all shifts.
• Maintain line readiness: sanitation, supplies, labeling.
• Document results and report to Production leadership.
• Coordinate safety meetings and OSHA standards.
