Responsibilities

• Ensure GMPs and policy compliance across production teams.
• Maintain SOPs and policy adherence across shifts.
• Oversee culinary production leads and staff to follow recipes.
• Instruct proper food handling, storage, and execution.
• Maintain communication with Culinary and cross-partnering managers.
• Set production objectives and action plans to hit targets.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of produced foods.
• Keep kitchen spaces clean per HACCP guidelines.
• Address allergies and meal specifics on line readiness.
• Document QC/QA and submit on time.
• Update production boards and report line progression.
