Job summary

Engage Technologies Corporation is seeking a Production Lead to guide the manufacturing team in meeting daily demands and schedules. You will train assemblers, ensure safety and quality, and perform assembly and testing of industrial print systems and packaging equipment using various tools and documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related experience. You will report to a Production or Operations Manager and lead a team under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Ability to lead a team under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team and coordinate staffing with Master Scheduler.
• Provide assembler training and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Read drawings, interpret process documentation, and assemble devices.
• Complete work orders, forms, and checklists for assemblies.
• Document improvements and support Kaizen activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist cycle counting.
