Job summary

Truvant in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and monitor daily machine-process production. You will oversee Production Associates and Machine Operators, ensure orders are fulfilled on time, and maintain a safe, efficient floor.

Responsibilities include line setup, changeovers, material verification, defect reporting, and mentoring staff, with emphasis on GMP/ISO compliance and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily production for the machine process
• Assist in maintaining acceptable production rates and meeting customer dates
• Supervise Production Associates and Machine Operators
• Ensure supplies are continuously available for production
• Set up lines, changeovers, and machine process set-up
• Verify correct packaging material is in use
• Correct workstation errors and perform minor repairs to keep the process running
• Monitor hourly job rate for productivity purposes
• Work with Quality to report defects and ensure quality standards
• Maintain knowledge of production orders and labor allocation forms
• Ensure smooth operation of workstations and daily orders
• Assist with training and mentoring employees
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately
• Maintain a safe production floor and seek continuous improvements
• Other duties as assigned
