The role requires no prior experience, with on-the-job training provided. You will work on a fast-paced production floor, ensuring accurate packaging, handling materials, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to approved production and quality documentation.
• Maintain on-hand supplies and proper work area setup for production.
• Differentiate products, colors, and features to uphold quality standards.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical/automation issues and adjust equipment as needed.
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure correct packaging material and fill weights; document as required.
• Identify defective products and correct machine errors promptly.
• Operate pallet jack/stacker and other required equipment.
• Pursue continuous improvement within production processes.
