Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in production, 5+ years in food manufacturing, and a background in safety standards like SOP, OSHA, GMP, SQF, and HACCP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience including hiring, employee development, performance coaching, and day‑to‑day supervision of multiple lines in a production environment.
• 5+ years plant manufacturing experience in a food industry or related manufacturing facility.
• Associates Degree or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of processes to reduce downtime and keep production lines running at maximum efficiency.
• Manage CMMS work orders and assign tasks to team members.
• Ensure safety and food safety practices are followed across maintenance activities.
