Candidates should bring 5+ years in manufacturing, including 2+ in leadership, and be proficient with ERP/MES tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing production experience, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team toward a collaborative, productive environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Data-driven problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software/ERP/MES.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Train and mentor team on processes, safety, and equipment operation.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality control on the floor.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize schedules and resolve issues.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure continuity.
