Qualifications

5+ years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a production team to meet daily targets and quality standards.
Strong understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
Proficiency with MES and ERP software.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and company policies on the production floor.
Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production line personnel.
