Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a production team to achieve targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with focus on root cause analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, blueprints, and technical specs.
• Proficient in MES and ERP software.
