Job summary

Medline is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead in Minnesota to supervise production, coordinate workflows, and ensure quality output. You will assist in training staff, delegate daily tasks, and monitor equipment performance to meet work orders and shipping needs.

Requirements include a HS diploma (or equivalent) with 1 year of production experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to read/understand English.
• Able to perform basic math and communicate instructions clearly.
• Two-tier education options; HS diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and potential forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing and production operations for efficiency and quality.
• Operate and adjust equipment, perform changeovers, and schedule maintenance.
• Lead, train, and delegate tasks to operators; monitor productivity.
• Read system reports and use AS400 to view inventory and metrics.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and documentation of production processes.
