Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a noisy environment.
• Basic math and reading comprehension; ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule casters on dies according to Production Manager instructions.
• Set up dies and verify first articles and timers.
• Ensure paperwork and use of jigs, fitters, screens for each die.
• Inspect and sign off on produced racks; maintain neat work area.
• Report issues to supervisor and participate in safety/kaizen activities.
