Dessert Holdings in Aurora, CO is seeking a Production Lead to oversee safe, quality food production on assigned lines. The role requires leading 10–40 staff, ensuring SQF/HACCP/GMP compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation on production activities.

You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency—conducting checks, coaching teammates, and coordinating start-ups/changeovers while meeting hourly production goals. This is a full-time on-site position at our Aurora plant.

Competenze

• Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or leadership role.
• Ability to read, write, and complete production documentation in English or Spanish.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with batch sheets, formulas, and specifications.
• Basic equipment knowledge including operation and first-level troubleshooting.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Overtime and weekend availability as needed.

• Enforce all safety rules and PPE requirements; perform shift checks.
• Lead and coach 10–40 employees to meet hourly/daily goals.
• Set up production lines and manage start-ups, changeovers, and handoffs.
• Maintain SQF/HACCP/GMP compliance and keep quality records.
