Job summary

Dessert Holdings in Aurora, CO is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead production of desserts, ensure safety and quality, and implement GMP, SQF, HACCP. You will supervise up to 80 teammates, coordinate start/stop, and track waste while maintaining records. The role offers 70k–90k salary with benefits and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with SQF, HACCP and GMP practices.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
• Good math skills.
• Strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct up to 80 people per shift to meet safety and quality specs.
• Train and coach lines for food safety and quality.
• Operate assigned equipment safely.
• Coordinate startup, shutdown and changeovers.
• Minimize overtime unless approved by a Production Manager.
• Track waste and identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain production records and logs daily.
• Ensure GMP compliance and proper dress code.
• Schedule shift meetings with Production Manager.
