Job summary

Power Probe Group Inc. is seeking a Production Lead in Charlotte, NC to coordinate daily production activities and guide the team to meet output, quality, and delivery goals.

You will own line planning across assembly, specialty assembly, and packaging, ensuring staffing, work instructions, and priorities align with production needs. You will monitor performance in real time, resolve constraints, and partner with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to maintain smooth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, electronics assembly, or related environment.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to plan and prioritize daily production work and allocate resources.
• Strong understanding of production workflow, quality expectations, safety requirements, and standard manufacturing practices.
• Ability to identify production constraints and coordinate timely resolution with support functions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production line planning, sequencing, and execution across assembly, specialty assembly, and packaging to meet targets.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees.
• Assign work and balance staffing across production stations.
• Monitor line performance and address bottlenecks, staffing gaps, and material issues.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Track daily/weekly performance against plan and communicate results.
• Coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain to support build schedule.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering on workflow and line layouts.
