Qualifications

Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee subassembly and assembly operations with focus on efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand.
Coordinate production planning across workstations and departments.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
Monitor KPIs such as output, efficiency, waste, and cost savings.
Lead and mentor production staff; conduct training for safety and procedures.
Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, ISO standards, and company policies.
