Job summary

TMD Staffing seeks a Production Lead/Supervisor in Pasadena, TX to oversee daily production operations, plan and schedule work, and ensure on-time output within budget. You will enforce safety and environmental regulations and collaborate with HR for staffing, training, and performance reviews.

The role requires hands-on coordination with maintenance to minimize downtime, data collection on production KPIs, and clear reporting to leadership. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams and coordinating maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling, and controlling daily production processes to meet deadlines, output targets, and budget constraints.
• Enforces health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicates with HR about staffing needs, training, mentoring, and consistently evaluates staff performance.
• Coordinates with maintenance team to address machine malfunctions and minimize downtime.
• Collects data on production, monitors KPIs, and reports data to leadership.
