Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and control daily production to meet deadlines, output targets, and budget constraints.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Communicate staffing needs and mentor staff; evaluate performance regularly.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address machine malfunctions and reduce downtime.

Production Lead/Supervisor

Duties

• Planning, scheduling, and controlling daily production processes to meet deadlines, output targets, and budget constraints
• Enforces health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicates with HR about staffing needs, training, mentoring, and consistently evaluates staff performance
• Coordinates with maintenance team to address machine malfunctions and minimize downtime
• Collects data on production, monitors KPIs, and reports data to up perks Must speak English/Spanish .

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 6:00PM (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS WHEN NEEDED)

Pay

$18 hour
