Job summary

Rosenbauer Minnesota Wyoming is seeking a Production Lead to help supervise daily production activities in the MN/WY facility. You will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and support line accountability while aligning with safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience with blueprints, BoMs, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and material teams. Day shift with potential overtime may apply, in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years of department specific experience required.
• 1+ years of Rosenbauer build process experience required.
• 3+ years of department specific experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures volume, cost, waste, and quality standards of their department are achieved.
• Works directly with material specialists to assure accurate and prompt delivery of materials.
• Works directly with engineering to resolve issues related to BoMs, design, and process to resolve line stoppages.
• Ensures compliance with all safety policies and initiatives, including keeping workspaces in orderly conditions.
• Trains and instructs line personnel, monitors production progress, and communicates with supervisors on performance and related discrepancies.
