Job summary

Rosenbauer Minnesota - Wyoming, MN 55092 is seeking a Production Manager – Metal Fabrication to lead the Metal Fabrication workflow, drive production quality, and achieve delivery targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or project management preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience required.
• Experience leading change improvement and 5S preferred.
• 1+ years of hands-on fire truck product knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Production workflow management to align with schedules and master build plans.
• Coordinate and communicate updates across fabrication teams and other departments.
• Lead projects using CCPM principles and manage resources to milestones.
• Foster continuous improvement and problem-solving; reinforce quality standards and safety.
• Develop and coach team members, promoting safety, quality, and Lean culture.
