Job summary

Rosenboom Machine & Tool in Sheldon, Iowa is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production of our products. Qualifications

• Relative postsecondary degree and/or experience, preferred.

• Builds collaborative relationships across departments and works effectively to solve problems and achieve shared goals.

• Plan and assign work based on production priorities, equipment capacity, and employee skill levels.
• Partner with Production Control and other departments to meet operational goals and resolve production challenges.
