Job summary

Rosenboom Machine & Tool in Spirit Lake, IA seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, providing servant leadership to the production team while coordinating workflow and driving improvements to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

You'll play a key role in achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support production team members to achieve departmental and plant objectives.
• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.
• Plan and assign work based on production priorities, equipment capacity, and employee skill levels.

Education and/or Experience:

• Relative postsecondary degree and/or experience, preferred.
