Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience and/or training.
• Leadership Training for Supervisors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
• Overseeing production staff and ensuring policy adherence.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Establishes priorities and adjusts work procedures to meet schedules.
• Resolves work problems or assists workers in solving issues.
• Estimates worker hour requirements for job completion.
• Ensure proper training of personnel on procedures, safety, and equipment handling.
• Interviewing and training new hires; leading projects and committees.
• Coordinate activities with other supervisors; manage hazardous waste handling.
