Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Lead for a direct hire opportunity in Owatonna, MN. The role supports the production operations on the second shift (4:00PM–2:30AM, Mon–Thu with overtime possible). Pay ranges from $27–$28 per hour with a $3K sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper preparation and mixing, operating processing equipment, sterilizing products, verifying ingredients, and maintaining GMPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in food or chemical manufacturing is ideal.
• Ability to operate and clean multiple processing systems, achieving competency in at least three.
• Strong adherence to GMPs and food safety policies.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preparation, mixing, and agglomeration are completed according to customer instructions.
• Operate processing equipment and troubleshoot issues in the blend areas.
• Sterilize raw products maintaining product purity from start to finish.
• Verify ingredients, record data accurately, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor process controls, document parameters hourly, and take action on out-of-spec conditions.
