Pratt Industries Carlisle is seeking a capable supervisor for the Converting Department on the 2nd shift (3PM–11PM). The role involves training crews, ensuring tool availability, and maintaining safe, efficient production with minimal waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of leadership experience preferred.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and cross-train employees on machinery and processes.
• Ensure tools and materials are available for crews to complete tasks.
• Oversee crews to ensure reliability and on-time performance.
• Foster teamwork, morale, confidentiality, and safe operations.
• Address crew questions and performance feedback promptly.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with supervision.
