Job summary

Good Foods Group, LLC in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a production lead/supervisory support role to help coordinate day-to-day production activities and keep line readiness. The position requires effective training, clear communication, and collaboration with multiple teams to resolve issues and maintain documentation.

You will train teammates, convey production needs, and promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in production, food manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Previous experience as a lead, trainer, or in a supervisory support role is required.
• SAP experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Ability to stay organized, follow procedures, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
