Job summary

Good Foods Group is seeking a lead/trainer to coordinate day-to-day production activities, ensuring line readiness and smooth workflow. You will support teammates with training, answer questions, and help maintain momentum across shifts.

You will communicate production needs and concerns to the supervisor, collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse to resolve issues. A focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in production or food manufacturing preferred.
• Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory support experience required.
• SAP experience helpful (training available).
• Clear communication with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced production environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

What We’re Looking For
