About This Position

The KCN Operations Lead assists in coordinating all KCN commissary shipments, orders, and functions at designated warehouse facilities and/or commissary on-sites.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist management with training and scheduling Full-Time and Part-Time staff
• Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and processing orders
• Complete required reporting
• Inform management of priority tasks and personnel issues
• Understand all shipping and delivery processes in designated facilities
• Report problems and discrepancies promptly with documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all KCN areas, adhering to relevant standards and guidelines
• Contribute to a clean and organized workspace
• Perform other duties as needed

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Forklift certification
• Order filling experience
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Timely reporting of issues to management
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
