About This Position

The KCN Operations Lead assists in coordinating all KCN commissary shipments, orders, and functions at assigned warehouse facilities and/or commissary on-sites. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist management with training and scheduling Full-Time and Part-Time staff
• Manage aspects of on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking, processing orders, and delivery
• Complete required reporting
• Document and inform management of priority tasks and personnel issues
• Understand all shipping and commissary delivery phases in designated KCN facilities
• Report problems, discrepancies, and issues promptly with documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all KCN areas, adhering to ACA & AAC standards when applicable
• Maintain a clean workspace and take pride in your surroundings
• Perform other duties as needed

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Forklift certification
• Order filling experience
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computers
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
