Production Manager - PM Shift

Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX, is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager for the PM shift. The Production Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing process to ensure efficient, high‑quality production output. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, and managing resources to meet production targets and deadlines. The Production Manager will lead a team of production staff, foster a safe and productive work environment, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. They will collaborate closely with quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance to streamline operations, resolve production issues promptly, and ultimately maximize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications
