Wells in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Production Laborer to support daily manufacturing operations by stripping, setting up, and pouring beds with safety and efficiency. You will assist multiple production areas and collaborate with Quality Control to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem solving abilities.
• General math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to work with others and also independently when needed.
• Knowledge of the products the company uses and which products would work best.

Responsibilities

• Strip, set up, and pour beds in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Department to ensure optimal product quality.
• Follow directions from the Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Be flexible to work in all areas, including Production, Yard, Patching, and other departments as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and strong housekeeping practices at all times.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Follow established quality programs and consistently produce high-quality work.
• Maintain a professional attitude, strong attendance, and positive working relationships across all departments.
