• High School Diploma or GED.
• Interpersonal communication skills to interact with coworkers, supervisors, and managers.
• Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently; general math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to work with others to complete projects and to work independently when needed.
• Knowledge of the company products and which ones would work best.
• Willingness to adapt to changes and strive for Best in Class.

Responsibilities

• Strip, set up, and pour beds in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure product quality.
• Follow directions from Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Be flexible to work in Production, Yard, Patching, and other departments as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and strong housekeeping practices.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Follow established quality programs and consistently produce high-quality work.
• Maintain professional attitude and strong attendance across departments.
