Job summary

Wells is hiring a Production Laborer in the United States. You will support daily manufacturing operations by stripping, setting up, and pouring beds while ensuring quality and a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires flexibility to work across Production, Yard, and Patching areas and to participate in Lean initiatives. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and practical problem-solving, with attention to safety and attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong math and measurement ability.
• Good communication with teammates and supervisors.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret measurements.
• Willingness to work in multiple production areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Strip, set up, and pour beds in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure product quality.
• Follow directions from Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Work across Production, Yard, Patching, and other areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and strong housekeeping practices.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
