Job summary

Sanimax is hiring a Plant Operator in Green Bay. The role runs on a 2/2/3 schedule with hours from 6:00 AM to 6:20 PM. You will back trailers to pits, load/unload rail cars, and cover various plant operations.

This position requires at least 1 year of related work, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stay active during shifts. Forklift experience is a plus, with training available.

Qualifications

• 1 year work related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stay physically active throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills.
• Forklift experience a plus (training available).

Responsibilities

• Backup trailers to the pit areas.
• Loading & unloading rail cars.
• Provide coverage for any area of plant operation.
• Trouble shooting and repairing equipment failures as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Outside work required- will work in summer/winter temperatures.
