GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Salary range: $24.00 - $26.00, based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with co-workers to strip, set up, and pour the bed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Control Department to ensure quality standards.
  • Follow directions from Team Leader and Supervisor.
  • Perform work in various areas including Production, Yard, and Patching as needed.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work environment.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Understand quality programs and perform quality work.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work hours needed to meet job requirements.
  • Be aware of daily tasks and next steps without supervision.
  • Maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
  • Support company policies and uphold a positive work environment.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Knowledge of company products and their applications.
  • Adaptability to process changes to achieve excellence.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand use.
  • Ability to work up to 12 hours per day.
  • Work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and lifts at various heights.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Moderate to high risk of exposure to elements and safety hazards.
  • Potential exposure to wet, hot, humid, or cold conditions, depending on location.
  • Ability to work outdoors year-round where applicable.
