Position Details

Custom Construction Services is seeking to fill Construction Laborer positions across Hennepin, Scott, Ramsey, Dakota, Washington, and Anoka Counties in Minnesota (Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington). This is a temporary, full-time seasonal role with 10 openings from May 15, 2025, to January 15, 2026.

Responsibilities

1. Clean and prepare sites, remove rubble, debris, and waste materials.
2. Lubricate and clean machinery, tools, and equipment.
3. Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, and distribute them per project plans.

Compensation and Schedule

Hourly wage: $29.82, with overtime at $44.73. Work hours: 48 hours/week, Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 3 pm. Schedule may vary, and overtime is available.

Additional Benefits

• On-the-job training provided.
• Transportation and subsistence reimbursement after 50% of the contract period.
• Daily subsistence at $15.88 to $59 with receipts.

• Wages paid biweekly; deductions as required by law.
