Aerotek is hiring Production Laborers for a Meridian, Idaho manufacturing facility starting next week. No prior experience is required as training is provided, offering an opportunity to grow in manufacturing. This contract-to-hire position provides day or night shifts and steady weekly pay.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending during shift.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Aerotek is currently hiring Production Laborers for a well-established manufacturing facility in Meridian, Idaho. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. No experience? Training is provided!

Available Shifts

Day Shift

A Shift: Sunday-Tuesday + every other Saturday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

C Shift: Wednesday-Friday + every other Saturday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Night Shift

B Shift: Sunday-Tuesday + every other Saturday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

D Shift: Wednesday-Friday + every other Saturday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with manufacturing and production operations

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Meridian, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
