Job summary

Aerotek in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Production Technician to process testing strips, organize test tubes, load racks into incubators, and maintain accurate production records in a sterile environment.

You will perform visual inspections, report quality concerns, and support additional duties while adhering to safety and quality standards in a contract-to-hire role.

Qualifications

As a Production Technician, you will process testing strips according to established procedures, ensuring quality and accuracy in all tasks. This role involves handling spore strips, organizing test tubes, loading racks into incubators, and maintaining detailed production records.

• Remove spore strips from packaging and place them into designated test tubes.

• Organize test tubes on racks in specified locations for accurate tracking and testing.

• Load prepared racks into incubators following standard operating procedures.

• Complete production records and documentation accurately.

• Perform visual quality inspections and identify any defects or discrepancies.

• Report quality concerns, process issues, or production variances to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.

• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Support additional production-related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, general labor, and packaging.

• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

• Competence in assembly and general manufacturing tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Entry-level position with potential for long‑term placement if a great fit.

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Ability to be sedentary for a substantial portion of the day (6-8 hours).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
