CP&P is seeking a dependable Production Laborer to join our team at the Concord, NC precast plant. In this hands-on role, you'll be a vital part of the production process, responsible for setting up and preparing for the pouring and finishing of high-quality concrete products. You’ll use various hand and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces, as well as make repairs to ensure all products meet strict quality standards. Prior experience in construction or concrete manufacturing is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete daily activities according to the work schedule
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Patch finished concrete products
• Read and follow blueprints or work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support other tasks as needed to meet production goals

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or construction preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

What You Need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Typical Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week, depending on workload
• Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak periods

Physical Demands:

• Standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, bending/stooping
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Production environment with exposure to weather, noise, equipment, and variable lighting
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in all production areas
