Job Title: Production Laborer I

Starting pay: $21.00 per hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. 40+ hours per week.

Duties:

1. Follow safe work practices and procedures, ensuring a "safety first" culture in all tasks.
2. Mold plastic parts using a rotational molding machine.
3. Concrete and foam roto-molded parts.
4. Apply graphics to roto-molded parts.
5. Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
6. Package finished goods for shipment.
7. Assist with routine equipment maintenance.
8. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by communicating suggestions to the supervisor.
10. Adhere to company policies and OSHA regulations.
11. Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information.
12. Collaborate with staff, supervisors, and managers.
13. Perform other duties as directed by the Roto Mold Team Lead or Supervisor.

Minimum Position Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Forklift license.
3. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
4. Professional communication skills.
5. Knowledge of hand and power tools.
6. Valid driver's license.
