Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center, a leading regional feed manufacturer, is seeking motivated Production Laborers to join our team. We have mill production operator roles including light equipment operators with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities include keeping the mill clean, performing preventive maintenance, assisting with repairs, maximizing efficiency, and maintaining ingredient inventory to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk/stand for up to 10 hours daily.
• Able to repetitively lift 50 lbs several times per shift.
• Prior forklift, skid steer or front-end loader experience preferred.
• Work in varying weather and environmental conditions, including dust.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area following OSHA standards.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and team collaboration.
• Some winter weekends required.
• Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the mill and surrounding grounds clean and organized.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist in repairs and maintenance projects with staff and contractors.
• Help maximize mill and crew efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients.
• Ensure ingredients meet LNC quality standards.
• Safely operate equipment with proper training.
• Follow company safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by local management.
