Job summary

PPG in Alexander, AR is seeking a Production Associate to accurately label products per company standards and regulatory requirements. You will operate labeling machinery, verify label content (name, ingredients, dates, barcodes), and help maintain labeling records to support quality and compliance on the production line.

The role involves collaboration with production and QA teams, and requires safety adherence. Shift is 2nd (2pm–12:30am).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional manufacturing/quality control training is a plus.
• Previous labeling or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Basic understanding of labeling regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate labeling machinery to apply labels to products.
• Ensure labels are accurate and comply with specifications and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor labeling processes and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining labeling records and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and QA teams to ensure smooth labeling operations.
