Job summary

PPG Industries in Rock Hill is hiring immediately for a Production Associate on the 2nd shift (4pm–2:30am). You will label products, operate labeling equipment, and ensure compliance with product specs and regulatory standards.

You will work with production and quality teams, monitor processes for quality, maintain labeling records, and assist with labeling material inventory. The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prior labeling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional manufacturing training is a plus.
• Experience in labeling or production helps.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Labeling Operations: Operate labeling machinery and ensure labels comply with specs.
• Quality Control: Inspect labeled products for accuracy and record results.
• Inventory Management: Assist in stocking labeling supplies and tracking materials.
• Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with production and QA teams.
• Compliance and Safety: Follow safety procedures and participate in training.
