Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Purpose

1st shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 pm; To maintain the cleanliness of the entire plant inside and outside.

Job Summary

Maintains the cleanliness of the plant, outside parking lot, and grounds around the building. Keeps the entire facility lint-free and clean. Empties waste receptacles and recycles plastic bags in soil sort. Follows standard operating procedures. Must meet quality standards.

Additional Responsibilities

Cross-train in other positions as per production needs.

Job Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Stand for up to 12 hours a day
• Meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling
