Job summary

ECOPLASTIC AMERICA CORP in Register, GA is seeking an IT Administrator to provide day-to-day technical support for production and office operations, including MES and production-floor IT equipment, employee computers, printers, scanners, and other devices.

You will set up computers and printers, assist with hardware and software issues, maintain IT asset inventory, and escalate complex MES or network problems to the IT team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• IT-related education or certification preferred.
• Experience in IT support or manufacturing IT is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware, printers, and network connectivity.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT/MES support in production areas.
• Set up computers, printers, approved software, and other IT equipment for employees.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, including equipment assignment and location.
• Escalate advanced MES, network, system, or infrastructure issues to the IT team.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to address IT issues affecting daily operations.
