Job summary

Q-Edge Corporation, Foxconn is seeking an IT Onsite Engineer to support production-floor systems, including SFC and MES interfaces, on site in Houston. You will provide first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with global IT teams. The role emphasizes problem isolation, data analysis with SQL, and rapid recovery to keep UPH and quality.

You will work with SAP interfaces and Windows environments. Candidates should be able to own issues from triage to resolution, communicate clearly across time

Qualifications

• Experience supporting production IT systems on the shop floor.
• Ability to troubleshoot Tier 1 issues and triage escalations.
• Strong communication across local and global teams.
• Proficiency with SQL to review production data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for IT issues on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot SFC, MES, SAP interfaces, and related systems onsite.
• Review logs, use SQL to trace production transactions.
• Coordinate with global IT, SFC Development, and SAP teams on escalations.
• Support new station launches, system changes, and production validation.
• Maintain issue ownership and ensure timely production recovery.
