Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS or CS or related field.
- 3 years IT experience required if no bachelor’s degree.
- Intermediate to advanced Windows OS and server administration.
- MSCE certification is a plus.
- Experience with networking equipment and ERP suites.
Responsibilities
- Provide system level support for multi-user operating systems, hardware and software.
- Install, configure, maintain and upgrade systems and tools.
- Support systems such as SFC, SAP, and B2B and related applications.
- Analyze information and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems and user access.
- Document problems and resolutions; provide user training as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define requirements.
