Job summary

Q-Edge Corporation is seeking an experienced SFC Developer / Manufacturing Systems Developer to design, troubleshoot, and enhance our SFC/MES platforms. This role emphasizes code-level analysis, software development, API integration, and permanent resolution of complex SFC issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong Java, Oracle/PLSQL, and debugging skills, with the ability to map manufacturing processes to application logic and data structures. Chinese-speaking ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in Java software development.
• Strong Oracle Database and SQL/PLSQL experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot, MyBatis, Java Web/Servlet, REST APIs, or backend development.
• Strong source-code analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
• Ability to understand complex application logic and unfamiliar source code.
• Good understanding of relational databases, transactions, stored procedures, and data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed development teams.
• Strong ownership and responsibility for production system stability.
• Chinese-speaking ability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, enhance, and support SFC/MES applications.
• Perform source-code analysis, debugging, and system-logic analysis to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues using application logs, source code, APIs, database records, and manufacturing-process analysis.
• Implement permanent software fixes rather than temporary workarounds.
• Develop new functions and modify existing SFC functionality.
• Support continued development of the SFC platform, with a primary focus on Java-based technologies.
• Develop and maintain Oracle SQL/PLSQL, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and queries.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot REST APIs and system integrations.
• Analyze application, API, and database interactions to resolve system issues.
