Job summary

Seksun Texas Inc. in Irving, TX seeks an IT Supervisor to safeguard the plant's digital ecosystem, ensure up to 100% uptime for MES, AOI, and traceability, and align hardware, software, network, and production equipment across the facility.

The ideal candidate will communicate in Chinese, manage SAP locally, support OA and corporate operations, oversee security, backups, and continuity, and collaborate with vendors and end users on a 24/7 manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer-related majors with at least two years of work experience.
• Proficient in Windows software and hardware desktop maintenance; ability to guide users in mainstream software/hardware.
• Experience with firewalls and switches (Fortinet, Cisco), Windows Server, and SQL Server.
• Strong communication skills, rigorous and agile thinking, and teamwork.
• Comfort on an active manufacturing/assembly floor and flexibility for off-hours on-call maintenance.
• Several years of SAP support experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MES, traceability, and data logging to meet automotive safety standards.
• Support AOI systems and in-house equipment, ensuring communication with central database.
• Manage local SAP instance for inventory, production, and shipping modules.
