We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production & Inventory Manager to join our team in Riverside, NJ. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth and efficient production operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and supply chain performance. This is a direct hire, onsite position requiring strong leadership and a background in manufacturing operations.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Create and execute production schedules to align with customer needs and organizational goals

• Coordinate closely with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries

• Oversee production workflow to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, enhancing throughput and efficiency

• Maintain accurate stock levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished products

• Develop and apply inventory control processes to minimize shortages, waste, and overstock

• Conduct routine cycle counts and resolve any variances

• Use production and inventory data to refine forecasting and operational accuracy

• Generate key performance reports on inventory turnover, stock status, and production timelines

• Drive best practices in production and inventory control with a continuous improvement mindset

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline
